Music Notes Review – Instant Sheet Music Download Fakaza

There were a few tabs for Steve McQueen that I could find, but none of them seemed to be able to cover all of the parts. I kept looking and came across Music Notes which had both a digital version and a print version. The following review describes my experience with this service.

Music Notes is an online shop that sells sheetmusic. It offers over 100,000 titles and can be downloaded and printed instantly. It offers many titles for their free Guitar Guru program, which allows users to learn and play music through an animated fretboard displayed on their computer screens.

Site Interface, Software

The site interface is clean and simple. There’s a good search feature which makes it easy for you to find songs. You can view the first page scores, which allows you to determine if the arrangement matches your requirements (easy chords or detailed tabs, standard …).).

You need plug-ins for your web browser to preview and print music Fakaza. Music Notes site automatically found the correct software for both my computer and browser. I downloaded the complete Music Notes Suite. It was quick and painless to install. The Guitar Guru software is included in the suite.

Purchase

The familiar shopping cart design makes it easy to buy music. Paypal payment was also seamless. Credit cards can be used.

The purchased music can be printed right away, or you can save it to your computer by following the link provided in the confirmation email. Music Notes allows you to download multiple times and print the music. Other sites that I checked offer only one opportunity to download music and print it.

To print to a PDF file, I used the PDF printer drivers installed on my Windows PC. This allows you to view the music online without having to print it. You can also easily reprint an original copy if it becomes damaged or worn.

Pricing

Music Notes has all titles priced at $5.25. Guitar Guru versions go for $2 more. I was offered a $1 discount when I made my purchase. Buy 6 or more scores and get volume discounts upto 20%

Sheet Music Score or SheetMusicDirect offered similar sheet music, but at a lower price. They ranged from $0.99 to $3.95 per arrangement. Music Notes does not have the same amount of music, so I wasn’t able to find the title that I was looking for. Sheet Music Direct only has ten Sheryl Crow tracks available for download.

Guitar Guru

Guitar Guru’s version is a great value. It contains parts for all three instruments in greater detail than the printed transcribing (the printed sheet music includes only two).

It was much quicker than working with the tab to master the parts.

Conclusion

Music Notes was overall a pleasant experience. The site was simple to use. It was also easy to download and print music.

I was pleased to purchase an official, legally licensed version of the song.
